Position Title: HR & Admin Manager
Location: Latrile Manufacturing Plant
Industry: Industrial / PPE Manufacturing (Industrial Nitrile Gloves)
Reporting To: Plant Head / Management
Role Summary
The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end human resources and administrative functions at the plant. This role ensures effective workforce management, statutory compliance, employee relations, and smooth administrative operations to support manufacturing productivity and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, appraisal, and separation processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company objectives.
- Handle manpower planning, staffing, and coordination with department heads.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and coordination with external payroll vendors (if applicable).
- Manage performance management systems, employee engagement activities, and training coordination.
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and ensure positive industrial relations.
Statutory & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements including Factory Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, and Shops & Establishment Acts.
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and inspectors as required.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and documentation accurately and timely.
Administration & Facility Management
- Oversee plant administration including security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, and other facility services.
- Manage vendor contracts and service providers related to administration and facility management.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations and asset management.
- Support audits, certifications, and internal controls related to HR and administration.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and present HR and administrative reports to management.
- Maintain employee records, HR dashboards, and compliance reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
- MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- 5–12 years of relevant HR & Administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong exposure to factory HR, labor laws, and statutory compliance is mandatory.
