We set up this world class advanced fully automated glove manufacturing facility with an objective to manufacture and distribute highest level of quality products on consistent basis to ensure enhanced customer satisfaction.
Our aim is to design, manufacture and distribute products that not only meets various global standards but also to ensure right quality products for different applications, to enjoy full protection against all the risks to which the consumers are exposed.
The 1st manufacturing operations is spread over 50,000 square feet, equipped with high volume state- of-the-art fully automated double dipping line including auto stripping & auto layered packing with iOT enabled automated temperature control system supported by uninterrupted power supply. Our facility is flexible to manufacture both nitrile & latex gloves for various applications (dental, healthcare, industrial, lab & food) and sterile latex/nitrile surgical gloves.
State-of-the-art comprehensive quality lab not only to support our regular production but equipped to support our on-going new product development in nitrile, latex, and surgical gloves.
